Dr. Bernard is a Senior Research Scientist at the Institute for Systems Biology and has extensive experience in analyzing The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) data, and expertise in computational modeling and integration of large heterogeneous cancer data sets.  For the past six years, Dr. Bernard has been an integral part of a multidisciplinary team of research scientists, bioinformaticians, and software engineers at a Genome Data Analysis Center (GDAC) within TCGA network.  Dr. Bernard plays a critical role in the analysis of the high-throughput drug and siRNA screens as well as in drug target prioritization based on TCGA.
